GENERAL ELECTION DAY – 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

I am seeking retiring Justice Wainright’s seat on the North Carolina Supreme Court because the people of our state deserve to be served by the best qualified candidate. I am the most qualified candidate because I am the only candidate who has presided for a total of 10 years as a Trial Court Judge, a Juvenile Court Judge and an Appellate Judge.

As a trial judge, I presided over 50,000 civil, criminal and juvenile cases. During my tenure, I have consistently upheld our Constitution, faithfully interpreted the laws and refrained from legislating from the bench. By applying the law to the facts, I brought criminals to justice, fought retroactive taxation and protected children and families.

I am diligently following the spending and fundraising limits in order to qualify for funds from the Public Campaign Financing Fund.
